| Iowa Beef Expo 2004: Beef Industry Demonstration | |
| On February 10th, Mrs. Steele's 5th grade class attended the Iowa Beef Expo. The ISU Collegiate Beef Team put on a workshop for them, teaching the students about the beef industry. There were 5 stations: Cuts of Meat, Tools of the Beef Industry, Beef Feeds, Beef Byproducts, and Beef Breeds. | |
