The Dairy Science Club is well known for its homemade ice cream sold every Wednesday from 11-1 in front of Lush Auditorium in Kildee Hall! Members come together about once a week to mix nine delicious flavors of ice cream in Kildee Hall's meat lab. The committee also fills special orders for other clubs and organizations on campus and within the Ames community. During the Saturday of VEISHEA the club serves six flavors of scoopable ice cream to hungry VEISHEA attendees.
