Iowa State's livestock judging team again led the collegiate competition by taking first place in the American Royal and the International, after opening the season with a third place at the National Belgian Horse Judging Contest at Waterloo.     Competing from 31 other teams at the International, Roy Kottman placed second individually and Lyle Hoyt tenth.
