On December 5, 2003, Catherine Woteki, dean of the ISU
College of Agriculture, and Eric Hoiberg, associate dean,
unveiled a plaque in Kildee Hall, formally dedicating
Alison's memorial fringe tree, planted outside of Kildee in
May 2002, and commemorating Alison's contributions
to the Department of Animal Science.
In the photo above, Dean Woteki (on the far right) is
pictured, speaking to the group of students and faculty
who participated in the ceremony. Also pictured (from
left to right) are Susan and Nick Ciancio, Alison's
parents, and Associate Dean Hoiberg.
