ISU Meats Judging Team Competes in Denver |
| The ISU Meats Judging Team consisting of Jana Matthieson, Brandon Goehring, Dan Determan, and Ben Olsen competed at the National Western Meats Judging contest in Denver. The team was 1st in Beef Grading and Total Beef. Determan, Goehring, and Matthieson were 2nd, 3rd, and 4th high individuals in Beef Grading. Matthiesen was also high individual in lamb judging and reasons and was 3rd high individual overall. The team finished 6th overall and is coached by Roxanne Knock. |
