| The 55 participants at the Basic Sausage Short Course held November 7-9, 2006 at the Iowa State University Meat Laboratory arrived from 12 states, Canada and Venezuela. The course offers information on topics ranging from Basic Meat Science to Irradiation and includes demonstrations on processing technologies. |
