Rust Scholarship in Meat Science |
| The Robert E. and Dorothy B. Rust Graduate Scholarship in Meat Science is available for application for current undergraduate and graduate students in Meat Science or Food Science and Technology. Bob Rust, emeritus professor in Meat Science at Iowa State University, enjoyed a long career supporting the meat processing industry through his work in the ISU Meat Laboratory. During this work in the Laboratory he encountered many students who went on to begin successful careers in the meat processing and allied industry. Through this scholarship, Bob and his wife will support students who will become leaders in the meat industry.
