A group of around 20 alumni and friends departed for England and Scotland on Tuesday to take an animal science themed trip through the UK. Some of the places the group has the opportunity to visit are North Yorkshire County Show, Chesters Roman Fort, Ballindalloch Castle and Gardens, a working sheepdogs show, Blair Castle, Royal Highland Show and heritage breeds of cattle, sheep and swine. Interspersed throughout the trip are cultural experiences and the ability to meet producers and visit with them. The group returns on June 24. Follow the groups' travels on Facebook by clicking here.
