The HACCP Workshop is October 17-19, 2013.
Registration
The registration
fee for the HACCP Workshop is $325.00. After September 26, 2013 the fee will be $400.00. This fee includes course materials, lunch on Friday and refreshments each day.
Location
The HACCP Workshop will be the Iowa State University Meat Laboratory in Ames, Iowa.
Parking
On Thursday, and Friday, there is NO PARKING available adjacent to the Iowa State University Meat Laboratory. You have two options for parking on Thursday and Friday.
- Park in the parking ramp located at the Iowa State University Memorial Union on the south side of campus and walk to the Kildee Hall/Meat Laboratory Complex located on the north side of campus. Rates are as follows: 1st half hour - $0.75; 1st hour - $1.25; 1 to 2 hours- $2.25; 2 to 3 hours- $3.25; 3 to 4 hours- $4.00; 4 to 5 hours- $4.50; 5 to 6 hours- $4.75; more than 6 hours: $ 0.25 ea. additional hour.
- Park in the commuter parking lot located at the Iowa State Center (between Hilton Coliseum and Jack Trice Stadium) and ride Cy-Ride to Kildee Hall. There is no charge to park at the Iowa State Center or to take the bus to campus. You will need to take the Orange Route which departs on a continuous schedule from the transit hub.
On Saturday, you may park in lot 79 which is located Northeast of the Meat Laboratory.
