Registration for the Basic Sausage Short Course will Open June 1, 2010.

Mail

To register by mail, print a copy of text only registration form and mail to Iowa State University, Continuing Education and Professional Development, 102 Scheman Building, Ames, IA 50011. Make payment with credit card, check or money order

Fax

To register by fax print a copy of text only registration form and fax to Continuing Education and Professional Development at 515.294.6223. Make payment with credit card, check or money order.

Airport Transporation

If you have requested transportation from the Des Moines Airport to the Gateway Hotel in Ames, please proceed to the baggage claim area of the airport to meet the shuttle.  There will be a sign indicating when the next shuttle will be departing. 

If you have a change in your travel schedule prior to Monday, November 8, 2010 please contact Continuing Education and Professional Development at 515-294-6222.

If you have a change in your travel schedule on Monday, November 10, please call or text the following information to 515-460-0823

- NEW arrival time
ONLY contact 515-460-0823 if you have a last minute change in your travel plans, the number will only be monitored on Monday, November 8, 2010.

Change in Plans

If you need to cancel your registration before October 19, 2009 you may send a substitute or you may receive a refund less a $50.00 processing fee. If you need to cancel your registration after October 19, 2009, you may send a substitute or apply your registration fee to another Sausage & Processed Meats Short Course at Iowa State University. Call Iowa State University's Continuing Education and Professional Development at (515) 294-6222.
