Airport TransporationIf you have requested transportation from the Des Moines Airport to the Gateway Hotel in Ames, please proceed to the baggage claim area of the airport to meet the shuttle. There will be a sign indicating when the next shuttle will be departing. If you have a change in your travel schedule prior to Monday, November 8, 2010 please contact Continuing Education and Professional Development at 515-294-6222. If you have a change in your travel schedule on Monday, November 10, please call or text the following information to 515-460-0823 Change in PlansIf you need to cancel your registration before October 19, 2009 you may send a substitute or you may receive a refund less a $50.00 processing fee. If you need to cancel your registration after October 19, 2009, you may send a substitute or apply your registration fee to another Sausage & Processed Meats Short Course at Iowa State University.
