Mail

To register by mail, print a copy of text only registration formpdf image and mail to Iowa State University, Continuing Education, 102 Scheman Building, Ames, IA 50011. Make payment with credit card, check or money order

Fax

To register by fax print a copy of text only registration form pdf image and fax to Continuing Education at 515.294.6223. Make payment with credit card, check or money order.

Airport Transporation

If you have requested transportation from the Des Moines Airport to the Gateway Hotel in Ames, please proceed to the baggage claim area of the airport to meet the shuttle.  There will be a sign indicating when the next shuttle will be departing. 

If you have a change in your travel schedule prior to Monday, January 18, 2010 please contact Dee Baker at dlbaker@iastate.edu or call 515-294-6229.

If you have a change in your travel schedule on Monday, January 18, please call or text the following information to 515-460-0823

- Flight
- NEW arrival time
ONLY contact 515-460-0823 if you have a last minute change in your travel plans, the number will only be monitored on Monday, January 18, 2010.

Change in Plans

If you need to cancel your registration before December 29, 2009 you may send a substitute or you may receive a refund less a $50.00 processing fee. If you need to cancel your registration after December 29, 2009, you may send a substitute or apply your registration fee to another Sausage & Processed Meats Short Course at the Iowa State University Meat Laboratory. Call Iowa State University's Continuing and Distance Education at (515) 294-6222.
