To register by mail, print a copy of text only registration form and mail to Iowa State University, Continuing and Distance Education, 102 Scheman Building, Ames, IA 50011. Make payment with credit card, check or money order

Fax

To register by fax print a copy of text only registration form and fax to Continuing and Distance Education at (515) 294-6223. Make payment with credit card, check or money order.

Airport Transporation

If you have requested transportation from the Des Moines Airport to the Gateway Hotel in Ames, please proceed to the baggage claim area of the airport to meet the shuttle.  There will be a sign indicating when the next shuttle will be departing. 

If you have a change in your travel schedule prior to Monday, April 12, 2010 please contact Continuing Education and Professional Development at 515-294-6222.

If you have a change in your travel schedule on Monday, April 12, 2010, please call or text the following information to 515-460-0823

ONLY contact 515-460-0823 if you have a last minute change in your travel plans, the number will only be monitored on Monday, April 12, 2010.

Change in Plans

If you need to cancel your registration before March 22, 2010 you may send a substitute or you may receive a refund less a $50.00 processing fee. If you need to cancel your registration after March 22, 2010, you may send a substitute or apply your registration fee to another Sausage & Processed Meats Short Course at the Iowa State University Meat Laboratory.
