This year the Meat Science Club at Iowa State will be collecting orders for their holiday ham fundraiser with a Google Form at this link. This will help keep orders organized and make the ordering process simpler. After submitting your order, club members will contact you with the total cost of your order once hams have been packaged and weighed.
This year, whole hams (12-15 lbs) are $3.50/lb and half hams (7-9 lbs) will be $4.00/lb. Due to the COVID-19 situation, we will be conducting curbside pickup at the Kildee Dock to the left of the front Meat Lab doors on the east side of the building. Pick up times will be on the following Saturdays from 11AM-1PM: November 7th, 14th, and 21st.
During pick up, we will have a cart that will have a container to deposit your checks into. Upon your arrival a club member will walk back to the meat lab cooler and retrieve your order and receipt then bring them out to the dock for you. Payment: this year we are encouraging checks to minimize contact between club members and customers.
