Meat sales at the Iowa State University Meat Laboratory are back up and running following the holiday break. Several processed meats are back in stock. You can view the current products available and place your order here: https://www.meatscience.ag.iastate.edu/meat-sales.
Sales purchases will be paid by check with curbside pick up on Fridays from 11AM - 1PM. Curbside pick up will be in the Kildee/Meat Lab Dock located by the white tanks with the signs that indicates Meat Lab Sales Parking. We do not ship items from sales. You will be notified by email that your order is ready and the total amount owed for the order. You will need to have a check for the amount at time of pick up.
